Update about diagnostic computer

The processing in Germany and the shipping went quickly.
Since Monday, the part has at least arrived in Ghana. However, it is still in customs and has not yet been released by the authorities. It won’t go any faster if I ask the boss here at Samartex every day. There is not even a target date.
When I asked, “What do you have to do to make it go faster?”
There was a quick answer: “We should all pray for it at the weekend so that it goes faster.”
In Germany I would just call and ask, and if it takes too long talk to the boss. If you ask nicely, sometimes it goes faster, you get at least an answer how long it will take.
In China, I would send a local employee to customs with a “red envelope” and ask. Then we would have the ordered diagnostic computer in the evening. I think some of you know what I mean by a red envelope.
In Ghana, praying helps, so let’s all pray for the customs to process it on Monday.
Praying alone did not help
So I told the story about the red envelopes in China. And lo and behold, that also exists here, only that in Ghana it is not red but “brown envelopes”. In particularly urgent cases, the envelopes work quite well at customs.
Some methods work in all countries.
